Vice President & Trust Officer
Ginny Roe graduated from Texas A&M in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She worked in retail and education before joining American National Bank of Texas. She began her professional career at ANBTX in 2004 as an operations clerk in the Trust Department. She began administering ANBTX’s paying agent and self-directed IRAs a few years later. In 2013, she was promoted to assistant vice president and began cross training on all department responsibilities. The following year, she was promoted to vice president, managing the operations team for the Trust Department.
Ginny has made customer service the cornerstone of her vocation. “Our customers are the foundation of ANBTX,” Ginny says. “Their support and confidence are the backbone of this organization, so customer service is extremely important. Courteous, prompt and knowledgeable customer service is our number one priority.” Ginny enjoys working for a community bank, because of its ability to give back to the local community, making both the bank and community stronger. She has observed that a community bank truly cares about the areas it serves.
In her spare time, Ginny volunteers at Austin Street Shelter in Dallas and serves on the fundraiser auction committee for the Agape Clinic in east Dallas. She is also an active member of The Church of the Incarnation in Dallas. Ginny loves to travel and is an avid reader.
